Budget Blues
















On Budget Day the status quo prevailed, 
Abject media applauded and hailed,
FM tossed a few crumbs, 
To the meek and the numb, 
While the looters rejoiced and drank ale.

    Damn right! Pranab has been playing with India's economy ever since he presented his first budget decades ago.

    He is a perfect example of a political fixer who survives in a democracy only because of his sycophantic loyalty to the Nehru Dynasty.

    Hijackers like him should be thrown out of the system along with his masters.

    And the poem is apt, well done!
